Simple things in Life

So this is just a Simple day which included story time at the library & lunch with daddy at the park. It was such a relaxing afternoon & not much money spent. (Just the way I like it)

Well if you've briefly read a little about me, you'll know I'm a mother to Four great daughters. Of all different ages which needles to say keeps us pretty busy. From the screaming to sisterly fights which follows with sisterly love, I wouldn't change it for a thing. I know some women might be able to live a life of luxury ~shopping, eating lunch with friends ( i.e. no children screaming or needing a sippy) eating lunch somewhere other than Mc Donald's or Chik fil A, the gym without lugging in a stroller or diaper bag and maybe while they shop actually get to shop for themselves and not everyone else.

Well at the moment that's not me or my life style at the current time. I on the other hand currently enjoy being a chauffer to my daughter's ~Trust me they grow up way to fast~ my oldest is going to be 17 and youngest is 4. One going of to college next year and the other starting Kinder; really puts into prospective just how fast they are gone. I enjoy shopping at thrift stores, I enjoy the fabric store and paint store. I enjoy receiving things that are made quite a bit more than things that are purchased, I enjoy sitting in the back yard reading to my girls. I enjoy writing little notes in their lunch boxes that helped cheer up that ruff day at school. I enjoy packing up 4 bikes & helmets for a ride on the bike trail. I enjoy seeing there little faces light up when hard working daddy comes home. I enjoy seeing them garden with us and see the look of accomplishment when it's finally done, instead of having someone else do it. I enjoy going to the store and hearing my 6 yr. old say "Mom are we here to buy or just to look"
I enjoy walking around our home when they are all asleep just looking in on them while they are fast asleep & know how much they trust & love you.

I guess overall for now I just enjoy what some might call a SIMPLE LIFE...

I hope to fit in a few sewing & projects somewhere & if you allow me to to share I will be more than happy to...
